At NOTE – The Scent Lab, our Perfume Workshop is designed as a unique experience-based service. Each guest enjoys fragrance education, hands-on creation, and receives a personalized perfume bottle as a memorable keepsake.
To ensure transparency and satisfaction, please read our service policy below:
1. Service Warranty
Perfume Workshop Experience:
Once the workshop is attended, the service is considered successfully delivered and non-refundable.
Perfume Bottle:
All bottles are carefully prepared, sealed, and handed over in perfect condition at our stores.
We ensure that packaging meets standard quality at the point of delivery.
However, we cannot guarantee against leakage or damage caused by:
- Air travel (cabin pressure, luggage handling).
- Improper storage or mishandling after leaving our stores.
2. Customer Care Commitment
While refunds cannot be issued after service completion, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If you experience issues such as bottle leakage during travel, we are happy to:
- Provide guidance for safe transport (wrapping, sealing).
- Offer a goodwill voucher or small gift for future workshops or visits.
- Assist with rebuying or refilling your customized scent if you return to Vietnam.
3. Guest Responsibility
We kindly ask customers to:
- Double-check that caps are tightly closed before traveling.
- Use sealed plastic bags for added protection.
